Chicken chops is a dish that is prepared with chicken meat. Seasonings and binding agent plays an important role in the preparation of the chicken chops recipe. Among the spices and seasonings, salt and pepper are commonly used. Other versions of chicken chop are made using, chopped coriander, ginger-garlic paste and green chili and other spices too. Popie Chicken Chops Masala mix is a combination of above spices and freshly ground coriander, ginger-garlic and green chili to make cooking easier and also to experience the authentic flavour.

1. Fry a chopped big onion and curry leaves in a pan with required oil.
2. Empty entire Popie's Chicken Chops Masala, a scoop of curd and sauté in a low flame until its mixed well. Add 1k of Chicken pieces and sauté for a minute. Add 600 ml of water (use 1000ml for Country Chicken) and let it cook for 45 minutes in medium flame.
3. Adjust the consistency and salt as required. Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve hot.
