You can register by clicking on the "Register" link at the top right corner of the homepage. Verify your phone number and fill-up the form to create your account.

You can easily recover or reset your password by selecting the 'Forgot Password' link located on the log-in page.  Instruction on password retrieval with the 'reset password' link will be sent to your registered email ID.

Yes, you can edit your information anytime from the 'My Account' section. All the personal information that you provide is safely and securely stored with us.

You can Subscribe/Unsubscribe from our newsletter anytime from the 'My Account' section.

Orders

To place an order, start by browsing through our product catalog. Add all the products you like to your cart by clicking the ‘Add To Cart’ button for each product. After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon located on the top right section of the page. You can either choose to continue shopping or start the checkout process by clicking ‘Checkout’. Follow the checkout process and click the ‘Submit’ button on the confirmation page to place your order successfully.

We support all major payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, and UPI.

Once the order is placed successfully, you will immediately receive a confirmation via email and SMS with your order ID and details of your order.

You can view your order status along with all the details in the 'Orders’ tab located in the ‘My Account’ section.

If for any reason the payment was unsuccessful and the amount has been debited from your account, it is normally rolled back by banks within 10 business days. If you still need any assistant, you can write to us at info@wecomart.com or call us at our helpline number.

Yes, if for any reason you want to return a product, you can do so from the order details page. Once the order is delivered and completed, you will see a return button at the bottom of the details page. Please click the button and provide the details to begin the return process.

You can redeem your store rewards during the checkout process on the "payment" page. There is a checkbox on that page that enables you to redeem the rewards against your current order.

Shipping & Delivery

Once the order is placed successfully, it usually takes 7 – 10 business days to process, ship, and deliver your order. However, delivery time can vary depending on the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

The delivery/shipping charges are free for most products. However, for some products, there might be additional charge basis vendor discretion. Additional charges(if any) will be highlighted during the checkout process.

Once the order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the courier details and tracking number.

If for some reason our courier partner is not able to deliver your product, the product will be returned to our vendors. We will initiate a refund for the order once we received the confirmation from our vendor. The amount will reflect in your account within 5 – 7 working days.

You can easily manage all your address from the ‘My Account’ section.

You will be able to change the address before any item(s) are shipped in your order. Please get in touch with our team by calling +91 76249 85570  or email us at info@wecomart.com with your updated address at the earliest.

Yes, in case of any delays, our customer support team will keep you updated.

In case you have received a damaged or defective product, please send us the photos of the affected products along with the order and delivery details. We will investigate and review the claim. If the claim is verified, we will resend the product at no cost (subject to availability) or issue a full refund. Please don’t discard anything along with the packaging till the claim is validated.

In case of lost or incorrect delivery, we will work with our delivery team to try and locate the delivery parcel and if there’s a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we’ll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability or issue a full refund.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel your order, please get in touch with our team by calling +91 76249 85570  or email us at info@wecomart.com with your order details at the earliest. Any amount paid will be credited into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
