We want you to be completely satisfied with each and every purchase. We take extreme care to carefully inspect all shipments before they leave our warehouses, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, under certain circumstances, you can return / exchange the product within 7 days from date of delivery, but under the condition that www.wecomart.com customer service is intimated by email or otherwise within 48 hours of delivery of the goods to your address.

Before you return any item, please understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Since each product is handcrafted and unique in its own way, an irregular weave or print or a stitch shall not be considered as a defect. Handicrafts by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
• We have a 7 days return / exchange policy. The 7 days time period commences from the day the product is delivered to you, based on the AWB tracking. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be unused and unwashed for hygienic reasons and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (with any tags intact)
• Please ensure that the products are not damaged or stained in any manner.
• Please note that there are no exchanges accepted on custom items, handloom, handicraft, hand-made items or imperfection sales.
• The goods which are altered from its original size cannot be exchanged or no sort of refund will be initiated.
• Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending back your item. Please compulsorily give us a brief explanation as to the reason for returning the item. On the basis of the item received, your return request may have to undergo a verification process. We will approve your return / exchange and email you back with specific instructions.
• Once we receive the items, our experts will determine whether the above guidelines are adhered to or not. If things are in order, we will fully refund your money if you have applied for a return.
• Your exchange will be processed after we receive the details of the item in the mail. The replacement item can take up to 7 days to ship out from the date of receiving back the item.
• When exchange is provided for your purchased product, please co-operate with the Courier service provider instructed to collect your purchase for exchange.
• Please note that the Courier service provider is required to check the product for verification. If all verification requirements are met, then the product will be taken for exchange. The verification process includes checking of Wecomart tag, checking for usage and damages (if any).
• Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
PROCESS FOR REFUND
• You can initiate the returns by logging into your user id Account
• Raising the return request
• Log into your account
• Go to My Orders
• Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return
• Specify the account in which you would like the refund amount to be credited
• Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit button
• You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated
• Reverse pick up will be done from our side where ever feasible. In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the picked-up item does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your Credit card or Original method of payment within 2-5 business days or as per the standards worked upon by the Bank / Credit card / Digital payment provider.
For Credit card / Debit card / Net Banking payments, it may take up to 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you feel that your refund has not yet been received, initially check your bank account and then contact your Credit card company/digital payment service provider. Your refund processing may take a while before it is officially posted. Subsequently, contact your bank.

WASHCARE & COLOUR CONCERNS (handloom, khadi & fabrics)
The appearance of the colour of the cloth & texture of fabric maybe simulated for better depiction & may vary due to the settings of your system & the batch of the cloth ordered.
The washcare has to be followed strictly in accordance with the label which indicate the Pre wash care / Post wash care. The washcare instructions are available on the product details on the website at all times or refer to the FAQ/Help sections
Using of bleaching product, colouring, printing and stickers can affect the colour as well as the quality of cloth.
Fast colour / Printed clothes may have discolouration & must be taken care to wash either separately or with similar coloured clothing.
