Cooking Instructions | 1. Fry mustard seeds, curry leaves, a chopped big onion and mushroom (any vegetable of your choice) in a cooker with required oil. 2. Empty entire Popie's Vegetable gravy mix and sauté until its mixed well. Add 600 ml of water and let it cook for 3 to 4 whistles in medium flame. 3. Adjust the consistency and salt. Garnish with coriander leaves. Can use Potato, Soya, Cauliflower, Carrot, beans and Peas with same above steps. |
